（1）.Advanced welding process:
Double wire submerged arc welding (SAW) with JQ·MG70 welding wire, weld depth of 12mm, impact work ≥80J (-40℃). The key joints are welded with robot laser-MAG composite welding, the heat affected zone is reduced by 40%, and the strength of the welded joint reaches 95% of the base material. After 100%UT flaw detection and magnetic particle detection, the defect detection rate is less than 0.1mm.
（2）.Anti-fatigue strengthening treatment:
The main stress surface is treated with prestressed shot peening, the surface residual pressure stress reaches -650MPa, and the fatigue life is increased by 5-8 times. The pin hole parts are strengthened by cold extrusion, the aperture tolerance is controlled at H7 level, and with nitriding treatment (layer depth 0.3mm), 2 million cycles without wear are achieved.
