Coastal products use Al-Mg-Si corrosion resistant alloy (salt spray test 3000h without red rust), cold region version through -50℃ Charpy V-type impact test (≥27J). The surface coating system consists of 80μm epoxy zinc-rich primer +200μm polyurethane topcoat with adhesion up to ISO Class

Through the variable cross-section equal strength design, the weight can be reduced by 18% under the same load capacity. Using laser welded plate technology, the splicing tolerance of different thickness plates is less than 0.2mm, and the stress distribution uniformity is increased by 25%.
The bench test verifies that the structure deformation is less than 0.15‰ under 125% of rated load for 5000 hours, which is far lower than the allowable value of 1‰ in the industry. The actual engineering data show that under the working condition of granite excavation, the service life is more than 15,000 hours, and the maintenance interval period is extended to 3,000 hours, which is 2.3 times higher than that of conventional products.
